Lloyds Engineering Works’ material subsidiary -- Lloyds Advance Defence Systems (LADS) has entered into an agreement with Alpar Ingegneria S.R.L., (Alpar) Italy. The agreement aims to design, develop and manufacture the Product Prototype/s and supply them to LADS; Transfer the Technology (TOT) to LADS; and Licensed manufacturing of the products in India.
