Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, A B Cotspin India has informed that the Company has received domestic orders for the supply of Cotton Yarn aggregating to approximately Rs. 10.17 Crore. The orders are expected to be executed within 2-3 months from the date of receipt of the orders. The company has also informed that the details as required under the SEBI master circular SEBI/ HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed the same in the tabular format as Annexure A.
