Praruh Technologies has signed Business Agreement with Adtran Networks SE. As per the arrangement, Adtran Networks SE will provide hardware, software products and related services, including maintenance services for products and software purchased by the company. The agreement also sets out the applicable terms relating to ordering, pricing and payment, delivery, licensing, warranty, maintenance services, intellectual property, confidentiality, compliance and other commercial terms.
The Framework Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and provision of services by Adtran Networks SE and its affiliates to Praruh Technologies and its eligible affiliates. The arrangement covers the sale and supply of products and provision of services, including maintenance and related support services, as may be agreed between the parties from time to time through applicable quotations and purchase orders.
