Tips Films has informed that it enclosed copies of the Newspaper Advertisement published in Business Standard (English) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi) on August 21, 2026, regarding Notice of the 17th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). The company has informed that, in Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi) edition, the AGM count number 17th has been inadvertently published as 30th in the heading of the notice. The Company is in the process of rectifying the error and will shortly publish a corrigendum in the same newspaper.
