Racl Geartech has informed that the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 11:30 am (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’) the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 are being sent electronically to Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depository Participants (DPs). The AGM Notice and Annual Report are also available on the Company’s website at www.raclgeartech.com. In compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company will send a letter to those members whose email addresses are not registered with the Company containing the web link and QR code to access the documents.
