Final Dividend at Rs 1.00 per equity share of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid to the Members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company holding Shares in physical form on September 16, 2026 and in respect of shares held in electronic form, the dividend will be paid to those 'beneficiaries' whose name appear on the statements of beneficial ownership furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (lndia) Limited for this purpose, at the end of the business hours on September 16, 2026.
