Sugs Lloyd has incorporated the wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company in the name of ‘Sugs Renewables’. SUGS Renewables has been incorporated to carry on the business relating to renewable energy and solar power projects, including to identify, develop, design, engineer, procure, construct, erect, install, commission, operate, maintain, repair, renovate, modernize, manage, own, acquire, lease, sell, transfer and otherwise deal in solar photovoltaic and other renewable energy projects and systems.
The subsidiary company may undertake solar EPC and allied renewable energy project activities, including project development, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of solar power plants and renewable energy systems. The subsidiary company may also undertake activities relating to power generation from renewable energy sources, energy management, project consultancy, technical services and allied activities incidental or conducive to the development and operation of renewable energy projects.
Sugs Lloyd offers a range of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services. These include meeting the needs of electrical transmission and distribution, civil projects, and solar energy projects for both government and non-government organizations.
