Jha was 70 years old and was associated with the Company since long time. She has contributed towards the growth of the Company through her extensive experience and knowledge during her tenure. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, is enclosed as Annexure-1.
