Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aelea Commodities has informed that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company, the members at its meeting held on today 25th August 2026, had approved the appointment of Gopal Krishan Sood (DIN - 00106839) as an Independent Director (Non-Executive) on the Board of the Company, for a consecutive term of 5 years with effect from 22nd May 2026 to 21st May 2031. Further, Gopal Krishan Sood (DIN - 00106839) is not debarred to hold office as Director, by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority.
