With reference to the communication dated August 24, 2026 seeking clarification regarding the significant movement in the price of the securities of the Company, Suraj Industries has informed that, based on the information available with the Company and to the best of knowledge, there is no material information, event or development concerning the Company that has not been disclosed to the Stock Exchange and which could have a bearing on the movement in the price of the securities of the Company. The movement in the price of the securities of the company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and attributable to market conditions.
