The property is situated Bhavnagar, Gujarat. The proposed hotel will comprise 80 key rooms and is planned to be developed as a star category property, which will operate under the brand name ‘Effotel’ by Sayaji.
This agreement aligns with the company’s strategic expansion plans in key markets across India and is expected to further strengthen its presence in the Western region.
