KPI Green Energy rises on energizing over 630 MW DC capacity during June-August quarter

KPI Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 320.60, up by 1.35 points or 0.42% from its previous closing of Rs. 319.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 321.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 323.50 and Rs. 319.00 respectively. So far 20138 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 541.90 on 03-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 302.00 on 19-Aug-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 324.00 and Rs. 305.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6348.24 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.81% and 41.79% respectively.

KPI Green Energy has energized over 630 MW DC of capacity over the past three months across its IPP - Independent Power Producer and EPC - Engineering, Procurement, Construction businesses - the highest-ever capacity energized by the company in a single quarter (June-August) since inception.

This step spans a diversified mix of IPP assets and projects executed under the company’s EPC vertical, underscoring the scale, speed and consistency of its project execution engine. It marks yet another step forward in its journey toward its stated ambition of scaling capacity in line with KP Group’s broader target of over 10 GW of renewable capacity by 2030 and reinforces its position as one of India’s fastest-growing renewable energy platforms. 

The company has energized more capacity in this single three-month period than in the cumulative around 17 years since its inception through December 2024, when total energized capacity stood at 533 MW across both IPP and EPC segments.
