Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Jungle Camps India has informed that Shailendra Singh (DIN: 05280501), Independent Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 27th August 2026. The resignation is due to his appointment as Chairperson of the Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MP RERA). The said appointment has arisen unexpectedly and, considering the nature, scope and responsibilities attached to the new assignment, Shailendra Singh has decided to relinquish his position as Independent Director of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company places on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Shailendra Singh during his association with the Company as an Independent Director. The details required to be provided as per SEBI’s Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-A and the copy of the resignation letter submitted by Shailendra Singh pursuant to clause 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations is enclosed as Annexure – B.
