Adani Enterprises’ joint venture (JV) -- AdaniConneX (ACX) has acquired 100% equity stake of Chandenvalle Infra Park (CIPL) from Adani Power. The object of acquisition is to set up data center infrastructure facilities by ACX. The acquisition has been done at a purchase consideration of Rs 535.69 crore.
