Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds is currently trading at Rs. 91.85, up by 1.44 points or 1.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 90.41 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 90.16 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 92.00 and Rs. 90.00 respectively. So far 646 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 103.40 on 25-May-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 81.01 on 24-Aug-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 94.99 and Rs. 81.01 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 965.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.85%, while Non-Institutions held 26.15% stake in the company.

Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds has executed a Sale/Assignment of sale/ document for the purchase of the land/immovable property situated at Gram Lsudiya Mori, Indore, Madhya Pradesh for the total consideration of around Rs 3.69 crore. 

The said property is located adjacent to the company's existing rented Godown/Warehouse/Storage/Distribution facility and presents a strategic opportunity for expansion, and shall be used for the current plan as well as future expansion plan of the company.
