Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, The Hi-Tech Gears has informed that Naveen Jain, has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, due to some personal reasons. The resignation shall be effective from closure of business hours on 29th August 2026. A copy of the resignation letter received from Naveen Jain is enclosed as Annexure-1. Further, CS Naveen Jain has confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.
