In reference to its earlier intimation dated May 21, 2026, wherein the company informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2026, had recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 5%) for the financial year 2025- 26, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’), which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. In view of the above and pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aksharchem (India) has informed that the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as Record date for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. Subject to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, dividend if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration, to those members whose name appear in the Register of Members as on Tuesday, September 15, 2026
