Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Genomic Valley Biotech has informed that at the request of the Company, Registrar of Companies, Haryana vide its letter dated 30th August, 2026, has accorded approval for extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 by 3 months i.e. up to 31st December, 2026, which was earlier due to be held on or before 30th September, 2026.
