GMM Pfaudler has informed that Thomas Kehl, Chief Executive Officer - International Business, has retired from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on August 31, 2026, and accordingly ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company. The Board of Directors places on record its appreciation for Mr. Kehl’s leadership, dedication and lasting contributions to the company and wishes him the best for the future. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
