KPI Green Energy has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) for development of a Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project under a Group Captive arrangement. The project comprises 33.6 MW of Wind capacity and 33.6 MW AC / 43 MW DC of Solar capacity, aggregating to 33.6 / 76.6 MW DC capacity, and will be developed for a reputed customer under the Group Captive framework.
The project strengthens the company’s presence in the C&I and Group Captive renewable energy segments, enhances its wind, solar and hybrid capabilities, and adds to its order book. The company to complete project development, construction and commissioning within 14 months from Stage-2 connectivity (and in any case latest by December 31, 2027); and a term of 25 years from the commencement date of the energy supply agreement.

The company develops, builds, owns, operates and maintains solar and hybrid power plants through as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and as service provider to Captive Power Producer (CPP) under the brand name of 'Solarism'.
