Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KPI Green Energy has informed that the Company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for development of a Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project under a Group Captive arrangement. The project comprises 33.6 MW of Wind capacity and 33.6 MW AC / 43 MW DC of Solar capacity, aggregating to 33.6 / 76.6 MW DC capacity, and will be developed for a reputed customer under the Group Captive framework. The project strengthens the Company’s presence in the C&I and Group Captive renewable energy segments, enhances its Wind, Solar and Hybrid capabilities, and adds to its order book. It supports the Company’s strategy of expanding through IPP, Group Captive and EPC opportunities while delivering long-term stakeholder value. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure I.
