Vipul Organics has informed that with reference to the intimation submitted by the Company on the exchange on 31st August, 2026 regarding the schedule of the Analyst Meeting under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. There was an inadvertent typographical error in the date appearing in the header of the said intimation, wherein the date was mentioned as ‘31st September, 2026’ instead of ‘31st August, 2026’. Accordingly, the date of the said intimation shall be read as ‘31st August, 2026’. All other details contained in the aforesaid intimation, including the date and time of the Analyst Meeting scheduled on Monday, 07th September, 2026 at 4:00 PM, remain unchanged.
