Jamna Auto Industries has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Owen Springs, a company incorporated in England and Wales. Pursuant to the acquisition, Owen Springs has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The acquisition aligns with the company's Lakshya- RISE 5000 strategy of expanding into new markets. This transaction strengthens the company’s international presence and enhances its access to customers and business opportunities in the United Kingdom and other regions, strengthen its global footprint and market position, and create opportunities for business expansion, operational synergies and long-term value creation.
Jamna Auto Industries is engaged in manufacturing and selling of Tapered Leaf, Parabolic Springs and Lift Axles.
