B-Right Realestate’s material subsidiary -- B-Right Realestate Ventures LLP has acquired an additional 31% stake in B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers on September 2, 2026. The objective of acquiring an additional stake in B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers is to achieve better management and operational control.
Prior to the aforesaid acquisition, B-Right Realestate Ventures LLP held 49.00% of the equity share capital of B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers. Pursuant to the acquisition, the shareholding has increased to 80%.
B-Right Realestate is an integrated construction and real estate development company, focused primarily on construction and development of residential and commercial projects, in and around Mumbai.
