Jatalia Global Ventures has informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench II (NCLT), vide its order dated 09th July 2026, has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by Norfolk Technology Services, as already disclosed on 15.07.2026 on BSE portal and communication vide email dated 17.07.2026. Pursuant to Regulation 33 & 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the quarterly financial results submitted shall be approved in the duly convened meeting. As stated above the Resolution Plan has been approved and necessary compliances has been made and the Monitoring Committee has been constituted by email dated 16.07.2026. However, due to the non-availability of the members the meeting of the Monitoring Committee could not be held consequently the Unaudited Financial Result could not be approved. In view of the above, and with a view to ensuring the compliances with the applicable provision of the SEBI (LODR),2015 the following particulars have been assumed and filed in the XML file submitted to the BSE: 1. Date of Prior Intimation: 08.08.2026, 2. Date of Meeting held: 11.08.2026, 3. Time of commencement of Meeting: 11.08.2026 (04:00 PM), 4. Time of Conclusion of Meeting: 11.08.2026 (04:30 PM). Enclosed a copy of the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 in accordance with Regulation 33 & 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
