Jamna Auto Industries has informed that 60th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM'), in accordance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA circulars') and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI Circulars). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain close from Wednesday, September 23, 2026 till Tuesday, September 29, 2026 in connection with the Annual General Meeting and for the purpose of payment of final divided. The final dividend as recommended by the Board, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration to those members: whose names appear as member in the Register of Members of the Company as on Tuesday, September 22, 2026; whose names appear as beneficial owners in the list of beneficial owners as on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 to be furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) for this purpose.
