Nava has planned a temporary shutdown of one of its 60 MW IPP Units in Odisha commencing from September 06, 2026, to undertake routine inspection, maintenance and overhauling activities in compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements. The Company’s energy operations in the State of Odisha comprise three generating units with an aggregate capacity of 150 MW, consisting of Two 60 MW IPP Units and One 30 MW CPP Unit.
The shutdown is expected to continue for about 55 to 60 days and is scheduled during a period of relatively lower thermal power production requirements due to greater availability of hydel power and consequent lower tariffs. Accordingly, the company does not expect any material adverse impact on its business operations or overall performance on account of this shutdown.
Nava is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture and selling of Ferro Alloys, Generation of Power, and Operation & Maintenance Services for power assets.
