The company has enclosed copy of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members, who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company/ Registrar and Transfer Agent/ Depositories. In addition, pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a letter is also being sent to those Members whose email address are not registered, providing the web-link, where the Annual Report is uploaded on the website of the Company. The Annual Report will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.uravilamps.com.
