Jatalia Global Ventures has informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench II (NCLT), vide its order dated 09th July 2026, has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by Norfolk Technology Services, as already disclosed on 15.07.2026 on BSE portal and communication vide email dated 17.07.2026. Pursuant to the implementation of approved Resolution Plan the following individuals have been appointed as Directors on the Board of Jatalia Global Ventures by filing of Form DIR-12 having SRN number AC5840584 dated 05.09.2026 with effect from 09.07.2026 (Date of approval of Resolution Plan): 1. Honey Baljit Singh 2. Upveen Harpal 3. Baljit Singh. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they hereby intimated the appointment of the directors on the Board of the Company within 24 hours of their appointment. They hereby enclosed a copy of the Filed DIR-12 for the appointment of the above mentioned as directors on the Board of Jatalia Global Ventures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
