Adani Enterprises has informed regarding execution of a Shareholders’ Agreement amongst the Company, Adani Airport Holdings (‘AAHL’) and certain Identified Investors, on September 9, 2026 at 7:56 am (‘SHA’) in respect of raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares by AAHL to the said identified investors, for a stake of up to 5.54% in AAHL. The details of the above agreement (as required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026) are enclosed as Annexure 1.
