Sky Industries has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement regarding transfer of Equity Shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) account published in the following newspapers: Business Standard (in English) on Wednesday, September 09, 2026; Pratahkal (in Marathi) on Wednesday, September 09, 2026. In compliance to the Rules, the Company has also communicated individually to the concerned shareholders regarding the shares liable to transfer to IEPF as per Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016. This will also be hosted on the Company’s website, at www.skycorp.in
