Jinkushal Industries has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in Hong Kong under the name 'Hexco Global HK’ on September 10, 2026.
The newly incorporated entity has been established to support and expand the Group's international business activities relating to Sale and purchase of heavy equipment, machinery, machinery spare parts and allied activities in the East Asia region. The entity is presently in the initial incorporation and commercial establishment stage. It has not commenced commercial operations.
Jinkushal Industries is primarily engaged in business of selling heavy construction machines (including refurbished machines), machine hiring services, warehousing and business auxiliary services.
