They further submitted that the delay in making the aforesaid intimation was purely inadvertent and unintentional, arising due to an oversight, and there was no deliberate intention on the part of the Company to withhold or delay the disclosure. The Company remains committed to ensuring timely compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
