Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) read with Schedule III thereof and the applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and regulations made thereunder, Dhruv Wellness has informed that the Seventh Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Dhruv Wellness (Company/Corporate Debtor) was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 26th November, 2025 at 12:00 PM through Video Conferencing. They further submitted that the delay in making the aforesaid intimation was purely inadvertent and unintentional, arising due to an oversight, and there was no deliberate intention on the part of the Company to withhold or delay the disclosure. The Company remains committed to ensuring timely compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
