Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) read with Schedule III thereof and the applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and regulations made thereunder, Dhruv Wellness has informed that the Eighth Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (‘CoC’) of the company (‘Corporate Debtor) was scheduled to be held on Thursday, 18th December, 2025 at 12:30 PM by way of a physical meeting at Axis House, Bombay Dyeing Mills Compound, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai – 400 025. Further the company has informed that the delay in making the aforesaid intimation was purely inadvertent and unintentional, arising due to an oversight, and there was no deliberate intention on the part of the Company to withhold or delay the disclosure. The Company remains committed to ensuring timely compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
