Dhruv Wellness has informed that the Ninth Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Dhruv Wellness was scheduled to be held on Thursday, 8th January, 2026 at 12:30 PM by way of a physical meeting at S-138, B Wing, Express Zone Mall, Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra – 400063. Further submitted that the delay in making the aforesaid intimation was purely inadvertent and unintentional, arising due to an oversight, and there was no deliberate intention on the part of the Company to withhold or delay the disclosure. The Company remains committed to ensuring timely compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
