With reference to earlier intimation dated September 08, 2026 and September 11, 2026 made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), Hittco Tools has informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors of Hittco Tools scheduled to be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, has been cancelled. The Company shall make a fresh intimation to the Stock Exchange regarding the date and time of the Board Meeting, if and when the same is rescheduled, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
