Pursuant to Regulation 30 (4) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR Regulations’), read with Schedule III, Part -B thereof and the Company’s Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events or Information, Goodricke Group has informed about the sale of certain non-core assets of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company had, as part of a strategic decision, approved the sale of certain art-works owned by the Company. These assets were sold through an auction process. The details of the said event, as required under the LODR Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are provided in Annexure A attached hereto. This disclosure will also be made available on the Company’s website at www.goodricke.com.
