With reference to the intimation submitted by the Company dated 08th September 2026 pertaining to the Intimation of 22nd Annual General Meeting and Record Date for Dividend. In the said intimation, R M Drip And Sprinklers Systems has informed that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the recommended final dividend was incorrectly mentioned as ?0.05/- per equity share of face value of ?1/- each. The company has clarified that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 30th May 2026, had recommended a final dividend of ?0.03/- per equity share of face value of ?1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the intimation dated 08th September 2026 stands corrected to the extent that the recommended dividend shall be read as ?0.03/- per equity share. All other contents of the said intimation shall remain unchanged. We further inform that the revised Notice of Annual General Meeting is being circulated to the members incorporating the aforesaid correction and necessary effect.
