The formal order regarding the Appointment of the Auditor has been received by the company on 16.09.2026. Furthermore, the company has informed that Formal appointment of the Auditor will be regularized in the upcoming Board Meeting of the Company, accordingly the Intimation of Appointment will be made to the stock exchanges.
