In accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III Part A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), Cryogenic Ogs has informed that Cryogenic OGS has received a Purchase Order from a Global EPC Company that specializes in bulk liquid storage terminals, refineries, and oil and gas process plants amounting to $2,022,816 (i.e. approximately Rs 19.36 Crores.) The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 is attached and marked as Annexure I to this letter.
