QMS Medical Allied Services completes 100% acquisition of Saarathi Healthcare

QMS Medical Allied Services has completed the 100% acquisition of Saarathi Healthcare, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The move marks an important step in the company’s strategy to build an integrated healthcare services platform spanning patient screening, early diagnosis, disease management and patient engagement.

The company began its acquisition journey with Saarathi Healthcare in June 2024 with a 51% stake, which was subsequently increased to 76% in October 2025. With the acquisition of the remaining 24% stake, the company now holds 100% ownership of Saarathi Healthcare. 

As part of the transaction, the company has acquired the balance 24% equity stake comprising 1,98,000 shares for a cash consideration of Rs 14.23 crore, increasing its shareholding in Saarathi Healthcare from 76% to 100%. The complete acquisition will significantly boost the company’s services portfolio and further strengthen its presence in the healthcare services and patient management segment.

QMS Medical Allied Services is engaged in the marketing and distribution of a wide range of medical and healthcare devices and accessories.
