In continuation of its intimation dated 5th September, 2026 regarding the Notice convening the 34th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company dated 3rd September, 2026 (‘AGM Notice’), scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th September, 2026 at 02:00 PM IST, One Global Service Provider has informed that a Corrigendum to the AGM Notice (‘Corrigendum’) is being sent today, Monday, 21st September, 2026, through email to the Members to whom the AGM Notice has been dispatched. The Corrigendum provides certain clarifications, modifications, and updates to the resolution and explanatory statement of Item No. 10 of the AGM Notice. A copy of the detailed Corrigendum is enclosed. The Corrigendum to the AGM Notice shall form an integral part of the AGM Notice, the AGM Notice shall always be read in conjunction with this Corrigendum. All other contents of the AGM Notice, save and except as modified or supplemented by Corrigendum, shall remain unchanged. The Corrigendum is also available on the website of the Company at www.1gsp.in and on the website of National Securities Depository Services at www.evoting.nsdl.com. The e-voting period commences on Friday, 25th September, 2026 (09.00 AM IST) and ends on Monday, 28th September, 2026 (05.00 PM IST).
