Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons for trading in Company’s Shares/Securities, Mangalam Seeds has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ shall remain closed from October 01, 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of unaudited Financial Results for the period ended on September 30, 2026. The Trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said unaudited Financial Results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/securities. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the period ended on September 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
