In compliances with the requirement of ‘The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015’ (as amended from time to time) and ‘Code of conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons and Adoption of Minimum Standards as Prescribed in the Law’ as adopted by the Company, Raconteur Global Resources has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from 1st October, 2026 till the end of 48 hours from the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the half year ending 30th September, 2026. Further in compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the PAN of the designated person shall stand freezed by the Designated Depository, Central Depository Services (India) (‘CDSL’) with effect from 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours from the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ending on 30th September, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report thereon.
