Bank of Maharashtra has informed that United Forum of Bank Unions have proposed strike on 28th, 29th and 30th September, 2026 towards their demands. The Bank is taking necessary steps for smooth functioning of Bank's Branches and Offices on the days of strike. However, in the event the strike materializes, the functioning of the branches and offices may be affected. This information is furnished under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
