B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Thursday, 01 October 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the half-year ending 30 September 2026. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the Company’s Equity Shares. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the half-year ending 30 September 2026 will be intimated in due course.
