Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof, for the time being in force) and with reference to Circulars issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, SVA India has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities/shares of the company will remain closed for Insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday, 01st October, 2026, till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. Accordingly, all Directors, KMP’s, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and other connected persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider and approve unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026 will be informed in due course.
