Raymond trades in green on expanding Aerospace capabilities with entry into aircraft structures

Raymond is currently trading at Rs. 1121.00, up by 6.10 points or 0.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 1114.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1114.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1149.90 and Rs. 1105.10 respectively. So far 12415 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1195.30 on 22-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 320.40 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1195.30 and Rs. 969.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7422.31 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.70% and 39.42% respectively.

Raymond has achieved a significant milestone in its Aerospace & Defence journey, with its subsidiary JK Maini Global Aerospace has emerged as successful in the tender process conducted by a leading Indian aerospace and Defence OEM for the assembly of wing structures and centre fuselage structures for a major indigenous fighter aircraft programme.

This development marks Raymond’s proposed entry into the aircraft structures vertical, expanding its capabilities beyond precision manufacturing into complex, higher-value aircraft assemblies. Importantly, the programme is envisaged to leverage the customer’s existing infrastructure, enabling Raymond to develop capability and establish execution credentials while maintaining a capital-efficient approach.

Raymond now has two core businesses within the Engineering vertical - Aerospace and Defence & Tools and Auto Components. Raymond’s engineering business has forayed into the sunrise sectors of Aerospace and Defence. EV components and caters to international as well as domestic markets. Raymond’s engineering business commands a leadership position in manufacturing files and hand tools and has a significant presence in national and international markets.

Raymond is primarily concentrating on its Engineering (Tools & Hardware, Auto Components, Precision) in addition to nonscheduled airline operations. In Engineering, the company is scaling its presence across some of India’s most promising sectors, including automotive, electric mobility, and sunrise sectors such as aerospace and defence.
