Atharva Poly-Plast has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the half-year ending on 30th September, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting, in which the Financial Results are to be approved, shall be intimated in due course
